Sometimes when researching peoples lives the information you need just isn't there. Unfortunately this was the case with Charles the records needed to build up a picture of his early life and his army life are sadly missing.
If anyone descended from the Leggitt or Loomes families who would like to add any photos or family stories then please do get in touch and Charles story can be updated.
